How do I order a Custom Sculpture?
Here’s the step-by-step guide for the entire process:
HOW TO ORDER
- Click the “Instant Quote” button on our Custom Sculpture product pages.
- Fill out the form and upload reference photos to help us better understand your design.
- Please upload your 3D design with exact measurements if you have any. We can also design it for you.
- You may also upload all the possible references we can use.
DESIGN REVIEW & 3D MODEL
- After reviewing your submission, we will send an initial rough quote for reference.
- If you approve the rough quote, we’ll create a 3D model of your sculpture.
- Takes approximately 3–5 business days to complete.
- Once the 3D model is ready, we’ll deliver it to you for review.
AFTER THE 3D MODEL IS APPROVED
If you approve the 3D model, we’ll send you the final quote and invoice.
- The next step is to pay 50% of the total order cost for order confirmation, which must be made before we begin crafting the sculpture.
- The next 50% payment is before we do the final touch-up and packaging. We will send photos/videos for checking.
- Please expect the creation process to take up to 15 weeks.
- Once the sculpture is complete, it will be delivered directly to your address.

We accept credit card payments and e-transfer/cheque.
