Payment Policy

You agree to pay all costs associated with the products you purchase from NOVA Signage. These costs include, but are not limited to, product costs.

Account Standing and Order Fulfillment

All orders placed with NOVA Signage are subject to the customer’s account being in good standing. NOVA Signage reserves the right to withhold, delay, or suspend fulfillment of any current or future orders, including orders that have been paid in full, if the customer’s account contains any overdue or outstanding invoices. Such withholding or suspension will remain in effect until the outstanding balances are fully resolved.

NOVA retains full ownership of the product until payment is received in full, and may notify end users or relevant third parties if payment is withheld.

By placing an order with NOVA Signage, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions. You further agree that payments received may be applied at NOVA Signage’s sole discretion to any outstanding invoices in your account, regardless of the invoices to which such payments were originally intended to apply.

Order Placement Hold Due to Multiple Outstanding Balances

If a customer has three (3) or more outstanding invoices, NOVA Signage reserves the right to temporarily place the customer’s account on hold, restricting the ability to place new orders until such overdue invoices are fully settled.

By placing an order with NOVA Signage, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds will not be issued unless the product arrived with manufacturer issue. You have the opportunity to approve the design mock-up prior to production. All custom product sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire features and functionality, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are owned by NOVA Signage or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

User Generated Content

Content posted by users on social media using our brand hashtags or tagging our official pages may be displayed on our website. By sharing such content, you grant NOVA Signage the right to use your name or social media handle in connection with the content for promotional purposes.

You confirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. By uploading User Generated Content, you give NOVA Signage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content in any form or medium, even after you terminate your account.

Content Ownership

This license does not affect your other ownership or license rights in your User Generated Content. NOVA Signage may preserve and disclose your content if required by law. Technical processing and transmission of the website may involve network transmissions and changes.

NOVA Signage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
