What is the warranty, refund, and return policy for a Custom Sculpture?

Warranty Period

All Custom Sculpture has a 1-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase. 

Any included lighting accessories are covered for 90 days, 6 days from the delivery date. 

Warranty Coverage

The warranty only covers:

• Defects caused by the production process.
• Raw material used for the sculpture. 

Warranty Exclusion

The limited warranty excludes:

• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods).
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Cosmetic damages (e.g. scratches, dents, chips, fading, discoloration, surface wear).
• Damage arising from modifications to the product or any of its components.
• Damage during shipping.
• Damage on sculptures that have been used for purposes other than intended.
• Natural wear and tear or aging of materials.
• Costs related to the installation or removal of products subject to warranty claims
• And other causes that were not from defects in the material or workmanship. 

Note: There are no returns/refunds for Custom Sculptures. If the sculpture was accidentally damaged or misused, you may still be able to repair it or purchase replacement parts. 

How can I claim the warranty?

For warranty claims, please contact us at support@novasignage.com within the warranty period. We will evaluate your Custom Sculpture and we will repair/replace the defective item once we see that the claim is valid.
