What are the design files you accept?
We prefer PDF or AI (Adobe Illustrator) vector art files. You can upload your design files on our product pages or send them to quotes@novasignage.com.
Why do you prefer PDF/AI vector files?
Although other art file formats are still accepted, please note that vector art files are preferred because they will help us produce the signage faster. Custom orders without vector art may take more time to process and complete.
If you have chosen an expedited order, please supply vector art with your order.
