How is a Flat Cut Acrylic sign created?
Flat-cut acrylic sign is typically made using computer numerical control (CNC) routers or laser-cutting machines. Once we have your design, we choose the acrylic thickness you prefer. We then mount the acrylic sheet securely onto the machine’s bed and program it with your design details, like shapes and dimensions.
After cutting, we polish the edges for a smooth finish. Depending on your preference, we can paint the sign, use UV printing for graphics and detailed images, or add a metal laminate to use it as the sign’s face.
We carefully inspect the finished pieces to ensure they meet your design and quality standards before installation or further processing.
