How are Flex Neon Signs created?
The Flex Neon Sign we offer is made of silicone. Here’s how it works:
- Once the design is approved for production, we create a mold precisely designed based on the mockup you approved.
- Silicone compound is poured carefully into the mold to ensure that every detail is filled.
- Once the silicone is fully cured, the sign is removed from the mold.
- We assemble this silicone with the LED lights and the backing
