What is the continuous neon size limit for neon signs?

The continuous neon size limit for our signs is 65 x 72 cm (97 cm diagonal) in metric units, which translates to 25.6” x 28.3” (38.2” diagonal) in imperial units.

If your design exceeds this dimension, the neon will be cut into additional sections. This process ensures that the larger design is accommodated without compromising the quality and integrity of the neon sign.

Larger designs require breaking the neon into sections for several reasons:

Durability: Longer continuous neon tubes are more prone to damage during transport and installation. Adhering to a limit on neon size allows easier shipping.

Performance: Smaller sections allow for more consistent illumination because the current will lose more energy as it travels along a longer neon tube. Cutting the neon prevents uneven brightness caused by voltage drops.

Design Flexibility: Breaking the neon into sections allows for more intricate and complex designs, custom shapes, and patterns.
