If a single letter stops lighting, do I need to replace the whole set?

No. Each letter is wired as an independent circuit. Within the 3-year warranty, we will provide a free replacement letter for any non-user-caused failure. The following are covered in the warranty period:

  • LEDs, acrylic letter shells, and waterproof cabling are all covered.
    • LED failure, no light, or flickering under normal operating conditions.
    • Cracking, deformation, or delamination of the acrylic shell that is not user-caused.
    • Failure of factory-supplied power supplies and cables within their standard length.
  • Consumables such as remote controls and batteries are covered for 6 months.
