What are the components of an Aluminum Resin Front & Back Lit Channel Letter?
Resin Cover: The front face of the channel letter or logo has a perfectly fit cover since it is crafted using liquid resin cured on top of the metal channel. Select from the white (default) cover, color the face using 3M vinyl, or add graphics using UV printing.
Metal Channel: The structural backbone of the letter/logo sign, made of aluminum. It provides the shape and serves as the house for the LED lights.
LED Lights: The sign is illuminated from the inside using LEDs. Available in 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, or Blue. Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.
Acrylic Reveal: A semi-translucent acrylic material that allows the light to pass through and helps create a halo effect.
