How should I maintain my Metal Channel Letters?
Metal Channel Letters often have a sturdy base such as stainless steel. However, the front material is made of acrylic, which may need extra care. To clean metal channel letters, make sure you’re using gentle cleaning agents to avoid scratches or permanent damage.
Materials Needed:
Mild soap
Lukewarm water
Soft, non-abrasive cloth or microfiber towel to avoid scratches
How to clean
1. Get rid of the dirt first. You may use a leaf blower to remove debris and dirt from the sign.
2. Dampen a soft, non-abrasive cloth or microfiber towel with lukewarm water.
3. Wipe the channel letters with the moistened cloth to remove grime. Add mild soap to the water if needed.
4. After cleaning, gently blot the sign dry with a soft, clean cloth and allow it to dry.
