What are the parts of the Trimless Front Lit Channel Letters?
Front Acrylic Cover: Also known as the Face of the channel letter. Letters or Logos (graphics) can also be customized with white (default), UV-printed graphics, or 3M vinyl for colored front cover. Regardless of the finish, the acrylic allows light to shine through.
LED Light: LED light strips illuminate the sign from within. We have 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, or Blue. Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.
Metal Channel: Serves as the structural backbone of the channel letter. It is made of stainless steel, provides the letter/logo shape, and supports the acrylic face and LED lights.
