What is the difference between Flat Cut Aluminum and Laser Cut Stainless Steel?
Both materials are cut from a single, solid metal but there are notable differences between the two:
Aluminum:
Aluminum is a lightweight metal with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. It is softer and less dense compared to stainless steel, making it easier to cut with CNC router. We offer this sign in a painted, brushed, or anodized finish.
The anodized finish has anodized brushed and anodized sandblasted matte in:

Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is an alloy primarily composed of iron, with varying amounts of chromium, nickel, and other elements. It is known for its high strength, more resistance to heat than aluminum, and superior corrosion resistance. Laser-cutting stainless steel requires more power and precision due to its density and toughness. This sign has more finish compared to Aluminum. Aside from a painted finish, we also offer it in
