How can I approve a mockup after order is placed?

After completing your purchase, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your mockup. 

• Once you’ve clicked Checkout, DO NOT refresh/close the page. 
• Click “Review Mockup”.

Mockup Review Process

• Click the red link (Design#1 on this sample) to see the mockup. You can either:
  • Approve → You confirm that the design is final, and production of your signage will begin. No further changes can be made after this step.
  • Revise→ If changes are needed, select “Revise” and leave a comment with your feedback. Our design team will update the mockup and send a revised version to you via email within 1 business day.

Next, click Submit.

• If you choose “Revise”, you will receive the updated mockup notification via email and you can review it again.
• You can either request further revisions or click “Approve” to finalize the design.

NOTE: Once you click “Approve,” the design is locked and will be sent to production.
