How is my order shipped?

We ship all orders within the US and Canada exclusively through UPS. You can choose between standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Note: We currently do not offer other delivery methods.

How to Track a UPS Order Delivered to the US or Canada

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Obtain the Tracking Number: This is a unique code assigned to your package. You can find it on the “Ready for Shipping” update email from us.
2. Access the UPS Tracking Website: Go to the UPS website for the country where the package is being delivered:
   • United States: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US
   • Canada: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_CA
3. Enter the Tracking Number: On the UPS tracking page, you’ll find a field to enter the tracking number.
   • Paste or type the tracking number accurately.
4. Track Your Package: Click the “Track” button. The UPS website will display the tracking information, including:
   • Shipment status (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
   • Estimated delivery date
   • Movement history (locations where the package has been scanned)
