How to Filter NOVA Signage Emails from Junk or Spam Folder

To ensure you find our email in your inbox, you can set your junk email filter. Here’s a handy guide to help you: 

1. Login to the Gmail.com accounts you used when you signed up on the NOVA website. 
2. Click the Settings⚙️ icon. 
3. Click the See All Settings button. 
4. Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses
5. Click Create a new filter.
6. Add name@novasignage.com on the “From” line. 
7. Go to Create filter.
8. A box will pop up. Check the Never Send it to Spam and apply filters to matching conversations.
9. Click Create Filter.

YAHOO

1. Click the Settings icon ⚙️
2. Select More Settings
3. Click Filters.
4. Select Add new filters.
5. Enter the filter name.
6. Set the filter rules and choose or create a folder for the emails.
7. Click Save.

If the email is already in the Spam folder

1. Open the Spam folder. 
2. Select the email.
3. Click Not Spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.
