How can I use the Instant Quote function?

Instant Quote is where you can order your sign. Each sub-product line has it so you can edit your order based on the material you want. You can also upload a vector art to help us visualize your idea. Simply add the specs you need and the estimated cost will be displayed on the right corner of the screen. 

Where to access the Instant Quote pages?

Click “Products” then select the type of Product Line and Sub-Product Line you want to purchase. After clicking that, you will see a red “Instant Quote” button on the right side of the Overview page. Click that button to go to the Instant Quote page. 

Access Option 2

When accessing the ‘Product’ section, a dropdown menu appears. The initial dropdown displays the main product line. Selecting this option enables you to access the second dropdown menu, which lists specific products available for editing.

What are the parts of the Instant Quote?

Letter

This is the section where you can customize a Letter Signage.

  1. Edit Project Name: Give your creation a name or use your current project name to keep track of customers’ orders. 
  2. Type Your Text: Add the text you want for your signage. 
  3. Font: Pick a font from our Font Options or upload a Custom Font. TTF or AI files are ideal. 
  4. Thickness: Choose the thickness for your sign.
  5. Letter Height: Select a height for your letter. We proportion the width based on your chosen font and height. 
  6. Color: Select from our Standard Colors or choose Custom Colors. Add the Pantone color code in the Custom Color field if you want to use a custom color. 
  7. Finishing Option: Matte (non-reflective and default option). For metal sign, brushed finish is the default option.
  8. Environment: Opt for added durability in any weather. Indoor signs are not waterproof while Outdoor signs are enhanced with waterproofing. 
  9. Mounting Option: Select the perfect way to display your sign.
  10. Quantity: Add the amount of signage you want
  11. Comment: Share specific instructions or concerns.
  12. Upload AI/PDF: Include a vector art of your custom graphics or logos for our reference.
  13. Pricing Breakdown: Understand the estimated pricing of your order at a glance. 
  14. Submit Quote: Receive a detailed quote for your custom creation.
  15. Save to Draft: Manage and revisit your saved project.

Logo

This is the section where you can upload a logo or an image, and then you can specify the following to help us customize your sign: 

  1. Edit Project Name: Give your creation a name or use your current project name to keep track of customers’ orders. 
  2. Thickness: Choose the thickness for your sign.
  3. Width: Specify the horizontal dimension of the sign. 
  4. Height: Choose the height of your sign.
  5. Color: Choose the paint color for your sign.
  6. Finishing Option: Matte (non-reflective and default option). For metal sign, brushed finish is the default option.
  7. Environment: Opt for added durability in any weather. Indoor signs are not waterproof while Outdoor signs are enhanced with waterproofing.
