How will I know if my quote has been approved?

There are two ways to view your quote status. 

First Method: Business Portal.

  • Log in to your Business Portal.
  • Click “View Orders” on the Dashboard. You may also click the sidebar link to check Drafts, Processing, and Quoted orders. 
  • Search under Drafts, Processing, or Quoted to find out about the progress of your request. If your order has been approved, the product should be under “Quoted”.
  • Once your quote has been processed, click View Details or Add to Cart to proceed with your order. 

Second Method: Email

We will send you an email once we have finished processing your quote. It will have the subject line

“Quote Status Updated: (Order Name) – Quote Number”

The message will contain a link to the product that you can check out immediately. It will also contain a link to download/view a PDF copy of your quotation.
