Yes, you can select any color from our Standard Color options. If you need custom paint, you can send us a custom color. Make sure to send us the Pantone Color code to match it with your requirements.

There are 4 front cover options for the Acrylic Front & Back Lit sign: unpainted White, 3M 3630 Vinyl, 3M 3635 Vinyl and UV-printed cover.

The front cover is White by default. This material is semi-transparent, so the LED light color shows from the inside. Here are the LED options:

• 6500K White (Default)
• 3000K Warm White
• Red
• Green
• Blue

Optional 2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, and 10000K LEDs require $150 USD and 2 extra weeks.

If you want to match the sign with a brand color or interior, we also offer 3M vinyl. These are translucent films, so the LED light is still visible from the inside. 

If the color you want isn’t available on our 3M vinyl option, we can UV-print a custom color for you and attach it to the front of your sign. Simply send us the Pantone Color Code when you use the Instant Quote.

The Acrylic Channel Signs are crafted with high-quality acrylic for both the face and the body, which provides durability and a sleek look. The body provides structural support, while the acrylic faces offer a clean appearance. 

Each channel letter or logo sign includes UL & cUL-listed power supplies and wiring for the LED and electrical elements for reliable performance in commercial establishments.

We offer five LED options to suit various needs: 6500K White (Default), 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, and Blue.

Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.

We use translucent 3M vinyl or graphic film for our Metal Channel Letters and Acrylic Channel Letters. This material allows light to pass through the front cover without obstruction, creating a bright and even illumination.

Our warranty begins when you receive the product and lasts for the specified warranty period. The products included in the 3-year warranty are Metal Channel Letters and Rigid Neon Signs.

Warranty Extension

• Metal Channel Letters – We offer a warranty extension to our Metal Channel Letters to 4 (+6%) or 5 years (+12%).

By default, we do standard shipping but you may opt for expedited shipping upon request. Please note that we do not offer free shipping. 

LEAD TIME

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Due to increased seasonal demand, our shipping timelines may experience temporary delays every mid-December through the end of the year. Our team is minimizing any disruptions to your orders.
