• LED Light: Available in 6500K cool white, 3000K warm white, red, green, or blue LED for color customization. Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.
• Acrylic Return: Paintable in any Pantone color to match your brand.
• Back Cover: Provides structural support and protects internal components.

We have four options for the front acrylic cover: White (unpainted), 3M 3630 Vinyl, 3M 3635 Vinyl, and UV-printed.

White

The unpainted white acrylic face showcases the color of the LED light.

If you want to match the sign with a brand color or interior, we also offer 3M vinyl film for the cover. These are translucent films so the LED light is still visible from the inside. 

UV-Printed

For custom colors for letter signs, we can UV-print a custom color for you and attach it to the front of your sign. Send us the Pantone Color Code when you use the Instant Quote. 

For logo signs, we can shape your sign based on what you need and use either of the three options: White, 3M Vinyl Films, and UV-printed. UV-printed is useful for graphics or detailed logos.

Yes, you can. Select a paint color from our Standard Color options or use a custom Pantone Color code to match it with your requirements. We will use the selected color to paint the side of the Acrylic Channel Letter/Logo.

For custom color, you need to go to Instant Quote. Then click Colors. Select “Custom Color,” and a field will appear where you can enter the Pantone Color code.

The Acrylic Channel Signs are crafted with high-quality acrylic for both the face and the body, which provides durability and a sleek look. The body provides structural support, while the acrylic faces offer a clean appearance. 

Each channel letter or logo sign includes UL & cUL-listed power supplies and wiring for the LED and electrical elements for reliable performance in commercial establishments.

We offer five LED options to suit various needs: 6500K White (Default), 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, and Blue.

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (cUL) are independent safety science organizations that test and certify products to meet specific safety standards

A UL or cUL mark indicates that a product, particularly electrical products, has undergone various evaluations to ensure it complies with the safety requirements of the United States or Canada. These certifications are essential for consumer confidence and regulatory compliance, especially for commercial areas. 

Note that UL and cUL certifications cannot be used interchangeably. Products certified for one country may not necessarily meet the safety standards of the other.

Testing the products before they go to the market allows these groups to identify and address potential hazards they may cause to consumers. Strict standards for electrical products are crucial, and having these certifications builds consumer trust because they know the products they’re purchasing are safe to use for their business.

Our current Acrylic Channel Letters are not waterproof and available for indoor use only.

Although our Acrylic Channel Letters are designed exclusively for indoor use, they are highly effective at capturing attention in any setting. Mount it behind the checkout counter, near the window, or glass doors of retail stores or kiosks in malls to help increase foot traffic.

They are also perfect for enhancing the ambiance in restaurants, cafes, corporate offices, and educational institutions. Overall, this signage is useful for enticing attention and illuminating areas like entrances, reception areas, lobbies, and other key locations.

• Logos generally follow the same limits as letters but may vary depending on design complexity.
• Acrylic letters are best suited for small to medium signage, while metal letters cover larger installations.

By default, we do standard shipping but you may opt for expedited shipping upon request. Please note that we do not offer free shipping. 

LEAD TIME

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
