We offer Brushed Finishings for our Metal Laminate on Acrylic Signs. The brushed style are series of fine lines or grooves on the metal. It imparts a textured look with lines running in a consistent direction. It gives a contemporary and industrial appeal. The default style is horizontal brushed, but we can also create a vertical brushed style for your sign upon request.

Metal Laminate

Created by cutting solid metal sheets (stainless steel or aluminum) into specific shapes using a CNC router or laser. This process offers precision and detail.

The metal we use for Metal Laminate on Flat Cut Acrylic and Metal Laminate on PVC Foam is Stainless Steel.

Metal lamination is created when a thin metal layer is applied to the acrylic or PVC foam. This is done using an adhesive backing or a heat-activated process to bond the metal layer securely to the base. 

This can be customized by choosing a brushed finish to match the requirements of the customers. This process enhances the appearance of the base material by adding a metallic sheen and can provide additional durability and protection against weathering and scratching.

The Flat Cut Acrylic, Metal Signage, and PVC Foam Signage all have a 1-year warranty. Our warranty begins when you receive the product and lasts for the specified warranty period.

By default, we do standard shipping but you may opt for expedited shipping upon request. Please note that we do not offer free shipping.

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
