Can I install the Neon Channel Letter Sign outdoors? Is it waterproof? 

Yes, you can install Neon Channel Letters both indoors and outdoors. If you upgrade your sign for Outdoor (Waterproof) use, the metal channel and LED neon will come with waterproof protection.

For outdoor installations, we ensure the signage includes drainage holes to prevent water accumulation inside the sign.

Can the Return (sides) of the Neon Channel Letters be painted?

Yes, the signage’s metal return color (or edges) can be painted black (Default), white, and other Standard Colors from our list. We also use custom colors for the painted finish. Simply send the Pantone Color code so we can perfectly match your sign with your choice. 

How should I maintain my LED Neon Sign?

Materials Needed:

  • Soapy water
  • Soft, non-abrasive cloth or microfiber towel

How to clean

1. Unplug the LED neon sign before cleaning. 

2. Wipe away dust from the sign using a soft, dry, and lint-free cloth.

3. Dampen the cloth with mild soapy water or a gentle cleaning solution if there is a grime on the surface.

4. Wipe the surface of the LED neon sign with a damp cloth, applying light pressure.

5. For smaller lines or corners, use cotton swabs.

6. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the sign. If you need to use a cleaner, apply it to the cloth then wipe the surface. 

7. After cleaning, use a dry, clean cloth to wipe the sign.

8. Ensure all components are dry before turning the sign back on.

    Remember to use non-abrasive cloth and gentle soap for LED neon to avoid scratches and other possible damages. This will help your sign look pleasing to the eyes and last for a long time.

    The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
