Aluminum Resin Front Lit Channel Letters

Resin Cover: The front face of the channel letter or logo is made of a liquid resin material molded on top of the channel letter. This creates a perfectly fitted cover. The default is a white cover, but it can be colored using 3M vinyl or printed with graphics using UV printing.

Metal Channel: The structural backbone of the letter/logo sign, made of aluminum. It provides the shape and support for the resin cover and other components.

LED Lights: The light source is placed inside the aluminum channel. These can be LED strips or modules, providing illumination through the resin cover.

Acrylic Cover: A solid white back cover for the signage. 

Aluminum Resin Channel Letters

Aluminum Resin Channel Letters are made of a fabricated aluminum body and cured liquid resin for the cover. The resin cover perfectly fits the aluminum case. Using less expensive materials without compromising on quality allows us to offer the sign at a more cost-friendly price range. We offer Front and Front & Back Lit versions for this product line. 

Trimless Channel Letters

Meanwhile, the Trimless Channel Letters are constructed using a combination of metal and laser-cut acrylic sheets. The metal forms the main body of the letter, while the face is made of precisely cut acrylic. A unique feature of these letters is that the acrylic face extends slightly beyond the metal edges, while the light emits from the front to the edges of the front acrylic cover.

Our Aluminum Resin Front Lit signs offer a high level of customization. You can use our Standard Fonts or send us the custom font for your sign. 

Depth

We offer different depth options for indoor and outdoor use. 1.4”, 2”, 3.2” (3.5cm, 5cm, 8cm) for Indoor and 2”, 3.2” (5cm, 8cm) for Outdoor. 

Size

Letter sign size ranges from 5” to 40” (12cm to 102cm) and Logo size can vary from 5” to 26” (12cm to 66cm).

Front Cover (Letter Sign)

Choose between a white acrylic cover (default) or opt for vibrant 3M vinyl film for letter signs. We also use UV printing if you need a custom color. 

Front Cover (Logo Sign)

Aside from white and 3M vinyl films, we also offer UV printing technology which is beneficial for detailed logos and graphic signs.

Our warranty begins when you receive the product and lasts for the specified warranty period. The products included in the 3-year warranty are Metal Channel Letters and Rigid Neon Signs.

Warranty Extension

• Metal Channel Letters – We offer a warranty extension to our Metal Channel Letters to 4 (+6%) or 5 years (+12%).

By default, we do standard shipping but you may opt for expedited shipping upon request. Please note that we do not offer free shipping. 

LEAD TIME

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
