PVC foam signs, crafted from expanded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam board, offer a lightweight and durable signage solution. This economical plastic provides an affordable alternative to Flat Cut Acrylic signs.

While the edges of PVC foam signs may not have the polished finish of acrylic, their robust construction ensures durability. PVC foam boards are lightweight and manageable due to the cellular structure that forms during production, which makes them perfect for a variety of uses, such as panels, letters, and logos.

The PVC Foam sign is not recommended for long-term outdoor use. This signage is suitable for indoor or short to mid-term outdoor use only.

The sign is resistant to water, moisture, UV rays, and temperature variations if you choose to upgrade the sign for outdoor use. Additionally, its resistance to sunlight guarantees resistance to fading which ensures that your signage maintains its vibrant appearance over time.

We offer Brushed (Default) and Polished finishes for our metal laminates.

Brushed Finish: Opting for the brushed finish creates a textured surface with visible linear strokes, mimicking the look of brushed metal. This finish adds depth and dimension to the signage, giving it an industrial vibe. The brushed finish also helps to mask fingerprints and smudges. By default, our brushed finish has a horizontal design. If you prefer a vertically brushed design, please add it to your comment when using our Instant Quote.

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
