What are the parts of a Trimless Back Lit Channel Letter?
Front & Side Metal Channel: Made of stainless steel, provides the letter/logo shape and houses the LED lights. It can be painted or customized with various metal finishes.
LED Light: LED light strips illuminate the sign from within. We have 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, or Blue.
Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.
Acrylic Reveal: Also known as the Acrylic Back Cover which can affect how big or small the halo light is. It comes in various sizes:
- No Acrylic Backer (Open)
- 0 – Recessed Acrylic Backer
- 1/5″ (5mm)
- 2/5″ (10mm)
- 3/5″ (15mm)
