Where can I find my order confirmation or invoice?
We send the order confirmation and invoice via email. Please note that you also need to review and approve the mockup before any order goes into production.
If you are sure that you the order has been checked out, please see the Orders section on the Business Portal.
You may also download the invoices from the Orders page.
- Go to Actions
- Click the icon under Action. Make sure it’s the icon for the order you want to check.
- You can click “View Order”, “Pay Order” or “Print Invoice”.
If it’s not in the orders page, you may contact us for assistance.
