Aluminum Resin Front & Back Lit Channel Letters

Resin Cover: The front face of the channel letter or logo has a perfectly fit cover since it is crafted using liquid resin cured on top of the metal channel. Select from the white (default) cover, color the face using 3M vinyl, or add graphics using UV printing.

Metal Channel: The structural backbone of the letter/logo sign, made of aluminum. It provides the shape and serves as the house for the LED lights.

LED Lights: The sign is illuminated from the inside using LEDs. Available in 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, or Blue. Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.

Acrylic Reveal: A semi-translucent acrylic material that allows the light to pass through and helps create a halo effect.

The Aluminum Resin Front & Back Lit signs are highly customizable. 

Depth

Choose from a variety of depths to suit your indoor or outdoor needs. Opt for 1.4″, 2″, or 3.2″ (3.5cm, 5cm, or 8cm) for indoor spaces, or 2″ or 3.2″ (5cm or 8cm) for outdoor applications.

Size

Customize your sign dimensions to perfection. Letter signs range from 5″ to 40″ (12cm to 102cm), while logo signs can be anywhere from 5″ to 26” (12cm to 66cm).

Front Cover (Letter Sign)

Choose from our standard white acrylic cover or add a pop of color with vibrant 3M vinyl film. Need a custom color? Our UV printing options have you covered.

In addition to white acrylic and 3M vinyl film, our UV printing technology delivers exceptional detail for intricate logos and graphics.

Acrylic Reveal (Back Cover)

This semi-translucent back cover has a 5mm(1/5”) thickness to create a captivating halo effect.

Aluminum Resin Channel Letters

Aluminum Resin Channel Letters are made of a fabricated aluminum body and cured liquid resin for the cover. The resin cover perfectly fits the aluminum case. Using less expensive materials without compromising on quality allows us to offer the sign at a more cost-friendly price range. We offer Front and Front & Back Lit versions for this product line. 

Trimless Channel Letters

Meanwhile, the Trimless Channel Letters are constructed using a combination of metal and laser-cut acrylic sheets. The metal forms the main body of the letter, while the face is made of precisely cut acrylic. A unique feature of these letters is that the acrylic face extends slightly beyond the metal edges, while the light emits from the front to the edges of the front acrylic cover.

By default, we do standard shipping but you may opt for expedited shipping upon request. Please note that we do not offer free shipping. 

LEAD TIME

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
