Trimless Back Lit Channel Letters

Front & Side Metal Channel: Made of stainless steel, provides the letter/logo shape and houses the LED lights. It can be painted or customized with various metal finishes. 

LED Light: LED light strips illuminate the sign from within. We have 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, or Blue.

Additional color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks extra lead time.

Acrylic Reveal: Also known as the Acrylic Back Cover which can affect how big or small the halo light is. It comes in various sizes:

Trimless Back Lit Channel Letters offer a contemporary design with no visible trim around the edges. They are popular and sophisticated choice for businesses due to several key features:

For a painted finish, we use the colors from our Standard Color list or you can send us the Pantone Color code for a custom paint color.

Metal Finishes

Brushed metals are non-reflective texture with fine, parallel lines. We offer these brushed metal finishes: Stainless Steel, Electroplated Bronze, Electroplated Gold, Electroplated Black Titanium, Electroplated Red Copper.

The back has an acrylic cover, also known as an Acrylic Reveal. This creates a halo effect for “Back Lit” and “Front & Back Lit” signs. The back shows the LED light color since the material is semi-transparent.

The LED options include 6500K White, 3000K Warm White, Red, Green, and Blue. Extra color temperatures (2700K, 4000K, 5000K, 7000K, and 10000K) are available with a $150 USD fee and 2 weeks additional lead time.

No Acrylic Backer (Open)

This option leaves the back open, which creates a strong glow effect because the light directly illuminates the mounting surface.

0 – Recessed Acrylic Backer

This backer sits flush with the back of the sign, making it invisible from the side view. It provides protection while maintaining a sleek appearance and diffusing light evenly.

1/5″ (5mm) Acrylic Reveal

A subtle backer that extends slightly from the back, giving a controlled halo effect while maintaining a minimalist appearance.

2/5″ (10mm) Acrylic Reveal

A medium-depth option that enhances the glow, making the backlighting more pronounced and noticeable.

3/5″ (15mm) Acrylic Reveal

The most extended reveal option, maximizing the halo effect for a bold and striking illuminated look.

The lead time for custom signage depends on the complexity of your request. Meanwhile, all our products come with a standard lead time of 2 business weeks.
